KEEF.   My name is Keith Millard, this is my Godson, Connor Andrew Rose. Connor is 8 years old and he has Cerebral Palsy which means he is constantly in spasm and has been all his life. This makes him extremely uncomfortable and frustrated. An operation is available to make Connors life more comfortable. The operation costs £12,000.
